How many of you are How I Met Your Mother fans? I'm sure a good number of you are. Did you know the actor that plays Ted Mosby has also written and directed a movie? It's called HappyThankYouMorePlease.

It's a feel good movie about trying to figure life out and find what's meant to be along the way. There's a line in the movie that stuck out to me:

"Sadness be gone, let’s be people who deserve to be loved, who are worthy, cause we are worthy."

How true is that? And not just in the sense of find the love of your life, but allowing yourself to be loved by your friends, your family, and more importantly- yourself.
