Foods: Cake Batter Pancakes

I saw this recipe and had to try it (of course). It was for Cake Batter Pancakes found on How Sweet It Is. Why not combine baking with breakfast?!

When I made mine I didn't have any assorted rainbow sprinkles. So for a topping I made my own colored sugar crystals with my ever awesome neon food coloring. 

I think next time though I may add a tad bit more cake mix than it calls for and cut down the flour. And maybe add a pinch more vanilla. 

They were pretty delish. Try it out.
