Foods: Homemade 'Mallows

Last week while making a Chocolate Marshmallow Pie for my Pa, I decided to try my hand at some homemade 'mallows.

For these, I just used vanilla extract. But next time I'm going to use some other flavoring to change things up. The texture is pretty much exactly the same as the ones from the grocery store. I think they would make some fantastic Rice Krispie Treats.

I've also been storing mine in a tupperware container in the fridge. They have been keeping very well.
